Public Space for the Youth

Book collecting photos and sketches made by architecture students of the Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (HUCE), accompanied by short descriptions of what they represent. The titles of the sections and their contents refer to the preferences expressed by young people for public spaces, such as “More diverse”, “More friendly”, “Airy and more”, “Meaningful and more”, “Safer”. The initial goal was to explore the perception of the meaning as well as the role of public space to young people in Hanoi by means of photos and sketches. The result is a unique and creative perspective on public spaces based on youth personal experiences.
