Anaïk Purenne
This book presents the results of nine surveys on police profiling carried out by specialists who have examined the practices of police forces in Quebec, France and Argentina. It sheds light on the dynamics of intersection between different types of profiling (racial, social, political and gender, among others), breaking away from the habit of studying this phenomenon in terms of a single characteristic. While exposing the particularities of each type of profiling, it also paves the way for intersectional studies on the subject.
